
It is that time of year when everyone decides that it is time to get skinny! Well I have given up on the whole "get skinny" thing but I am of course jumping on the ban wagon of working out again! Traveling ALL THE TIME makes it very hard to work out,so P90X is coming with me to my hotel rooms! If you have not tried this before then you should....if you want a hard core workout that will kick your butt! I am taking the cardio cd with me this week, but starting next week I might start taking the others. I am even thinking of taking up running! I am so not a runner, but if my parents can run a 1/2 Marathon then why can't I?!? I will work on running 2 miles first! The above picture is probably what I will look like for the first two week of my return to the gym!
