


Okay, so the wedding is coming and I have gone through a couple phases of diets and the gym! I do actually enjoy the gym but I just get so bored with the gym. We go to a gym that doesn't have classes so.. my workouts are pretty boring. I start every workout with the eliptical or treadmill...for about 35-40 mintues then either do an arm, leg, back, or ab workout. Yes sounds great in theory but gets so boring! Help I need to come up with a way to make my work outs more exciting! I have done p90x before and did enjoy it, it was hard and it killed me, but it was good! So I have decided that maybe I should do that again....or I have seen a new one slim in 6. It looks rathers interesting as well. I would LOVE to be a runner! I just cannot seem to get down the right mind set for it! I am thinking now that it is warmer outside that I will try running outside. Maybe that will make it better. And finally, Yoga...what is the deal with this stuff. I have tried it and I just think its so boring...maybe I need other music or another video. The p90x yoga was alright just way to long! Help!! Any suggestions!!! I have got to get back in the gym and work on my arms! So someone help me think of how to make the gym fun again!!!
