Recipe Wednesday!

This recipe is from my good friend Mindi! These cake balls are fabulous and I know you will love them! So give them a try!

Cake Balls recipe

Ingredients:
-Cake mix
-Frosting
-Almond Bark

1. Bake cake according to instructions.
2. While it's still warm, crumble cake up into a bowl and mix with one can of frosting. (I did chocolate frosting with the chocolate cake mix, and strawberry frosting with strawberry. You could also do cream cheese with red velvet cake--yum)
3. Next, refrigerate the cake and frosting mix for about an hour or longer before you start making the balls (Important step!)
4. After they cool, melt almond bark (chocolate or vanilla, depending on your cake)
5. Form little balls (relatively small) and dip in the bark. You could use a toothpick or a fork, or if you have any fancy scooper things :)
6. Set on some aluminum foil or wax paper to harden; they should start to take shape in about 5-10 minutes.
