Well while I am deciding what new gym I want to join I am going to give Jillian a try. Yesterday was the first day and let me say...it might only be 20 minutes but it was 20 HARD minutes. It also didn't help that I haven't worked out in three weeks, but still. It was 20 minutes of non stop moving and going and cardio, strength, and core! Good lord...I am sure little baby Ward was wondering what in the world I was doing! So wish me luck,I am determined not to gain a TON of weight while preggers..I know I know I will gain weight and thats fine...but I do not want to gain to much. Lets be real, I am short if I gain to much I will roll down the hall!!
I will keep you posted on how Jillians workouts are going. Way harder then I thought they would be. I was thinking 20 minutes...this will be a walk in the park! Ha...it gave preggers a run for her money!

Oh girl. I did the 30 day shred for about a half a month. A LOVE/HATE relationship with Jillian. Just wait til Level 2. I think I only did level 3 like once! It's a great workout tho. And easy to sneak in 20 minutes! But after about 12 minutes, I'm looking at the clock on the DVD player to see how much time is left! Good luck!
oh girl after the warm up im ready to quit! and jumping jacks while preggers is a task! kept having to stop to potty! dont konw how long I will keep it up but I am going to try!

I'm tellin ya, Jillian and Shred is what got me toned up for the wedding. It's for sure a hard 20 minutes and Level 3 was ridiculous! I need you to motivate me to start doing mine again! Don't work baby W too hard :)
