Attention all mothers...what exercise did you do while you were pregnant? I have my Jillian Micheal's dvd....but lets be real..its just not happening. All the jumping and such just aren't cutting it. It is uncomfortable and I really need to just find something else to do! I guess I will just pick it back up when there isn't a precious little baby in my belly. So I need your Help... suggestions please....I have got to do something!! I would love to do some kind of exercise for as long as possible. I have heard that is helps with the labor process...and anything to make that better is worth it to me :)
I am going to start walking first thing in the am, that way its not 100 million degrees! Any other suggestions out there??

There is not much you can do other than running or walking, if you have the energy for either of those. Just be careful of what you eat. Lots of fruits and veggies to help with cravings. But I'm probably not the best person to give you advice on this. HA!
