Dear Clothes

Dear PreBaby Clothes- Before I got preggers I loved getting all dressed up in the morning or night when ever it might be and loved to go shop for new stuff. Then I got preggers and it was still okay, because I was getting bigger but I was having a baby. Just had to get clothes that fit over my growing baby belly. Now however I cringe at the thought of getting dressed and finding something that fits! The above picture is whats wrong with the world. Famous people make it seem like you pop out a baby and a month later you are looking like you never had a kid. No baby fat, no out of shapness, no nothing different at all. So thank you ole Jessica, you make tons of people think that getting back in those once oh so cute size small clothes is easy. Well I am here to tell you it is not! I just knew that after I had John Preston with in two months all my clothes would fit. I mean I am nursing...isn't that supposed to make it fly off. Now don't get me wrong a good chunk of it is gone, but there are still about 15 pounds that need to go. Then I have to tone everything back up too. So before I go on and on about this forever (which I could do) I would just like to say to al my CLOTHES right now I do not like you. I hope to like you soon, but as of today I do not like you and I wish I could wear my VS button up pj's to work!

Aaaah, okay thats my mommy vent for the day. Oh how I cannot wait for my regular size jeans and pants to fit. Then maybe getting dressed for work won't be such an issue. First I guess I have to figure out when  I can finally work out too. I don't want to miss a minute of my night with John Preston and I surely am not getting up early. We still are not sleeping all night, so whenever I get to sleep...I Sleep. Hopefully once he sleeps I will want to/have energy to at least go run!

Okay..side note John Preston got a super cute new smocked outfit for summer. I cannot wait to put him in it!

Girl, I am right there with you. Took me 5 months to get back in my regular jeans. Not fun. And trying to find time to measure food and work out is almost as exhausting as doing it. Once JP starts sleeping all night, it helps. Until he starts teething and wakes up again. Hopefully you will be lucky!

Hang in there, it's all part of it. Oh yeah, and Spanx are worth every penny.
