20 Month Old!

OMG, where did month 19 go! Oh that's right, we moved and life has gone crazy. I cannot believe I missed his 19 month stats...oh well lets just move right on to 20 months!

Weight- 32 pounds..yep you read correctly, big boy is a chunk
Height- not sure about that one, they didn't check that the other day at Immediate Care...but I can tell he has grown some since his 18 month checkup :)
Eating- sometimes he eats EVERYTHING, sometimes he eats very little. He will always eat bananas, grapes, pears, oranges, watermelon, crackers, bread, pickles, gold fish. He most of the time will eat cheese, noodles, chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, rice, beans (of any kind), catfish, shrimp, strawberries, pancakes, and dessert. He has gotten to where he will try anything, but if he doesn't like it it is coming right back out. He loves the chips and salsa at the Mexican restaurant and that makes me happy...I do love a trip to the Mexican joint :)
Drinks- water and milk only. We just switched to 2% milk. No juice, I know I am mean. Why start it now when he is just as happy as happy can be with water and milk.
Naps- once a day.
Loves- outside..anything outside, sidewalk chalk, Disney movies, his rocking chair, trucks, balls, coloring, playing night night, playing boo, and face time (yes, he loves it)
Not a fan- being changes, taking off clothes, getting in his car seat (sometimes), riding in the buggy at the store (sometimes, just depends on the day, but if he doesn't like it..oh its ugly), meat ..the boy does not like a lot of meat, showers
Talking- he now is repeating lots of things...a few things he probably shouldn't repeat! I can understand him 95% of the time, but most people can understand him probably 75% of the time. He for sure says momma, daddy, Pop, grandma., G, nana, Nenny or Henny, CC, Roro,  and Mac. He loves to yell at the dog and his new favorite word is No, and he screams it. We are working to get rid of this habit, it is so not cute. He says thank you when he is given something, and answers you if you ask him a question.
We are border line no more restaurants until we are big..except for Mexican and very casual places. He isn't bad, he just isn't quiet, and I am not a fan of loud kids so..we just won't go until we are grown. He does NOT get out of his chair unless we are going outside. That is that...I will not budge. I just cannot handle a running child, no sir cannot do it.
Running- that is a whole new thing..we try to run, but its more of a brisk walk. I love it.
Has to have a blankie in bed with him.

My sweet boy is growing up so fast and right before my eyes. I always thought people were crazy when they said if you blink you will miss it...well they are not crazy! I feel like the last year and a half has just vanished, and here I am with a 20 month old. I mean he is almost 2! Dear lord, he will be 20 before I know it (stop, I might cry).

John Preston- I love you more then you will ever know, and you have made my life better that I could have ever imagined. Never knew I could love a little one as much as I do! Love you sweet boy.
