Labor Day weekend was a busy, yet fun weekend at the Ward household. We kicked off our first season as USM full force supporters. Jer worked most of the game day, but John Preston and I tailgated in the HOT HOT weather and then headed to the game. JPW, had a fantabulous time running, talking, flirting, and watching a few plays of the football game. The rest of the weekend we spent at church, eating, playing outside, watching football, or swimming with family. We had a great weekend. By Monday night I needed a full day to sleep off our busy weekend, but I wouldn't have changed one thing about our crazy fun three days.
I cannot believe I have an almost 2 year old! I mean hello, look at the pics below, the baby is a toddler. A TODDLER, where did he come from and where did my baby go? He was swimming all over, and by swimming I mean in his puddle jumper and going without one of us pushing him. He LOVES the water, and loves to be outside. His two cousins were there to play with him too, and that made for an even better pool day. Good thing he is to little to know that the pool is closed until May! This momma is pretty sad about this, and if he knew he would be sad too. I so think pools in MS should stay open until the end of September. I mean it is hot as you know what...hello we need a pool.
