Almost a One Year Old!

I CANNOT believe my little ~~baby~~ boy turns ONE on Sunday. I know everyone says "time flies" when you have kids, but I just don't think you can 100% understand that until you have one. I do not know where the last year has gone, but it has almost gone by. My little man has changed my life more then I ever thought possible. This weekend we have family and a few friends coming to celebrate John Preston's first year. I am more then excited to see family, but even more excited to have a day all about John Preston. Not that everyday usually isn't all about him, but for real Saturday's party will be his big day. He doesn't have his REAL birthday until Sunday, so I do not officially have a one year old until then. Just gives me one more day to have a "baby" not a toddler or a little boy. Here are some fun facts about him-

Still wearing our size 3 diapers, in the Target brand and some size 4 in Pampers (they are little to long)

Wearing 12-18 month clothes. Some 12 month fit great some don't but most 18 months are a little long

Sleeping like a champ (now that we are no longer sick..knock on wood)

Eats EVERYTHING, if you put it in front of him he will eat it and look for more

Outside is his favorite place to be

Loves sticks, rocks, grass, and anything that is outside that he can pick up

His wagon is fun inside and outside

Smiles and is a huge ham most of the time

Can say momma, mommy, dadda, daddy, dog, nana, and mouths Pop

Cruises everywhere, we will be walking soon

Still army crawls too. He is FAST

Loves to kiss and hug, it is a weird kiss but he loves to do it
