Nov 10, was the big birthday party, the big birthday was Nov 11. We decided for a "small" family party with a few extras. Well there is nothing small about our families so we had a good ole fun day with lots of family and a few friends and their kids. John Preston LOVED his birthday day. He got to have cake, which he loved, played in a little tykes jumper and a slide, and saw lots of family. He got SO many toys, it looked like Toy R Us made a shipment in my den. We have the best friends and family for making my little boy (well for making me) feel so special and loved. His birthday was hard work for me and a few things fell apart in my decorating mode, but if you didn't know something was missing you didn't know that part of my decor was missing! Ug. His party was fabulous! Thank you to my awesome family for the help getting everything ready. Here are a few pics of the party..few...the rest are on my camera which I need to upload!

*******Non birthday related...John Preston WALKED on Saturday! He took 6 steps. We were so proud. He will walk if you stand him and up and push the issue, other wise he still prefers the crawl. He gets there much faster that way. Love my sweet little guy and cannot believe how big he is getting!
