Life as the Ward's

a little dark..but here is my birthday dinner crew..

Yesterday was the big birthday..the big 3-0! I made it through the day, and to tell you the truth it wasn't near as bad as I thought it would be. Yes, I hate the way 30 sounds, it just sounds old, but the actual turning 30 didn't kill me. I was convinced it would, I mean I cried at 25 so I just knew 30 would be ugly. My day started with a big breakfast with Jeremy and John Preston, then gifts ( Peters Pottery..my boys did good) then couch time, then we decided to venture out.. it was to cold so we came home, more couch time, then sweet Aunt Cindy came and watched John Preston so we could go to Bonefish for dinner. I thought it was just us for dinner, but I was wrong. Dinner with friends and a surprise visit from Jenny. I had a WONDERFUL birthday dinner and it made 30 that much easier. I was going to do 30 things I am thankful for..but lets be honest, that list is a little long..so I will just stick with I am so thankful for my husband, son, and great friends for making 30 one of the best birthdays yet. Loving my life..and looking forward to whats to come!
